Merry Christmas Everyone....

I promised y'all that i'll be posting out my creation for teachers in my kids school. First creation with christmas theme that i created after i moved Anyhoo....i was planning to make this post last week. Instead with the season craziness....i only have time to do it just now.

I made the total of 7 boxes with Mini Christmas card set inside each box. I also made another 3 sets of card ( to fit into c6 size envelope) and put it inside mini magazine holder. Unfortunately i totally forgot to take the picture of it before given away to the lovely teachers...(sigh!).

Those mini boxes in the picture is very easy to make. The box designed to fit a 3"x3" card and envelope (3 1/8" x 3 1/8" by Stampin' Up!)
Simple instruction for it: (i am using inches)
The base for the box : 5 1/4" x 5 1/4" and score at 1" on each side
The Top / cover for the box : 4 3/8" x 4 3/8" and score at 1/2" on each side.

Hi y'all.....

Gosh...I think it's been a week since my last post. This october is madness with so much things to do week in and week out. November is peeking and not long before December comes and oh my goodness...i am so not prepared for X'mas at all. Last year we went to Indonesia for my brother in law wedding. We were enjoying ourselves relaxing in Bali for about 2 weeks prior to Christmas. Went back to Jakarta (Capital City of Indonesia) and arrived there couple of hours before Christmas Eve Service at church with families. Last year definitely a different x'mas where i didn't have to worry about cards, pressies, etc. All about family time. Meet and greet with extended families and quality time with closed ones. This year however...another different story.

Anyhoo....Today i am going to share with you a Christmas card that i managed to do last night, right before bed. This card will be joining Wee Memories Challenge #72 (Holiday Madness) sponsored by Lawn Fawn

I did made a score lines and stamped Merry & Bright with Memento Tuxedo Black(from Lawn Fawn - Cozy Christmas) on right side in between scored lines. Also stamped the cute light-bulb Tuxedo Black (from Lawn Fawn - Cozy Christmas) and coloured each bulb with real red, pacific point, pumpkin pie and daffodil delight (all SU!). Then I added Crystal Effects (SU!) on each coloured bulb to create a real shining bulb look. The scored lines and the crystal effects can be viewed clearly in this next pic

Definitely a CAS from me today and hope you like my merry & bright take on this Christmas theme card.

Also...i would like to say big thank you to Wee Memories Challenge DT team for making my card HERE one of Honorable Hoot for Challenge #71 (Halloween). They spelled my name wrong tho'. No drama... only a typo error. It was spelled Jeanne instead of Jeane. THank you team...really appreciated!

Christmas Card, anyone??

I know....i know....not the time for x'mas card as yet. I can't resist to  make this card since i will be using Golden Sand Metallic Twine that i got in my stash for x'mas cards. I am sure this card will become handy very soon as x'mas in July is approaching for us here downunder.
I am preparing this card to join the challenge over at Wee Memories Challenge #51

Yes....you got it right! We have to use any Twine for our Creation. It is fun...fun...fun....It would be great to see other creation as well with endless ideas using twine. Thank You Wee Memories for this challenge!

ok....now into my card. I don't have the inside of the card so here is the card and matching envelope that i made last night. can you see the twine properly? (click on picture if you want to have a closer look) Absolutely gorgeous...Love it!!

What i did ......... i used Tree Trimming Trio Stamp set (Papertrey Ink) for the tree and sentiment, Garden Green(SU!) for the tree and gold embossed the sentiment. swirl around the twine to make sort of like ornaments for the x'mas tree and also as tinsel for the tree. I sprayed Gold Glow smooch spritz (SU!) to create a background. Pop up the tree using dimensional.

Late x'mas card and Val's goodies

Another Val's Goodies for a friend of mine and she is actually my upline.

Still using the same colour and theme from my previous post. As you can see my paper roses is perfected in this creation...ahahahaha..

Underneath the rose i ruffled some white lace. My intention is to making a flower like but it doesn't look like a flower but turned out great. It's good to make your own embellishment.

Goodies that i bought from Indonesia...Ribbons and cute buttons. This box is bigger than the box that i made in my previous post. it fits more ribbons. Also i put my mini val's card for her inside this box.

oh....as well in this post i am going to share a x'mas card that i made for my upline but just got the chance to give it to her now with her val's goodies. It is so..funny to give a very late x'mas card but hey...at least the intention is good.

When i went to Indonesia on december, i forgot to post out this x'mas card for my upline. She lives nearby but i was so busy that i didn't get the time to drop it to her house. 

I have used this magnificent x'mas collection from SU! The flocked (velvety feel) papers with damask design.
