Thank You

It's been gloomy in Sydney since saturday and so nice to have seen blue sky and lil' bit of sunshine today..

I rarely make any card with dark colours. This time however, i dare myself to create one.

This card of mine will be entering these following challenges:
1. Wee Memories Challenge 69 (Use Patterned Paper); The opposite of last week challenge that this week we ought to use Patterned Paper.
3. Hand Stamped Sentiments Technique Challenge #85 (impress us with technique using any embossing tools:powder, folder, etc)

Embossed the image and sentiment using white embossing powder.
(sorry the picture is a bit dark. took it at night time)

Supplies:
Stamp: Upsy Daisy (Stampin' Up!)
CS / DSP: Basic Black, Basic Grey / Black DSP from Neutrals Collection
Other: Vintage blue Seam Binding (Color Sealed), Liquid Pearl-Platinum (Ranger), White embossing Folder, Versamark

Hope you like my take on the dark colours card and see you next time,

  3. So pretty! I love the color combo, so rich and warm. I think you did "dark colors" beautifully!! And choosing the white embossing powder gave it a nice contrast. The gathered ribbon is so yummy, too. Thank you for joining us at Hand Stamped Sentiments.
